Pressing instructions : 

300 for 15 seconds

Peel Cold

Repress for 10 seconds

 

Washing Instructions:

Turn inside out

Machine wash in cold water

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry

DO NOT: 

Bleach, dry clean, or iron
